General Administrator / Receptionist

Part Time: 24.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (Mon 9.00am - 3.00pm, Tues 9.00am - 5.15pm, Weds 9.00am - 12.30pm, Fri 9.00am - 5.15pm)
Grade 2, P11 (£8.82ph)
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dynamic person as a General Administrator/ Visitor Receptionist to work on our Thurston Campus.
As a member of our busy administration team you will provide administrative support for Pastoral and Department Heads as well as performing reception duties. You will be expected to carry out a wide range of administration duties including first aid (training will be provided). You will need to be flexible, to have discretion and the ability to use your initiative is essential. There are many opportunities within the College not only for training and progression but also to become involved in the wider life of the College.
